However, most people have out-of-network benefits so we are happy to submit claims on your behalf. For patients that do not have out-of-network benefits, we offer affordable self-pay rates to ensure access to care. You do not need a referral to start physical therapy at Ark Physical Therapy. However, if you have Medicare, you will need a prescription from your doctor within 30 days of starting treatment.
