Ark Physical Therapy is in-network with Medicare and operates out-of-network with all other major insurance providers. However, most people have out-of-network benefits so we are happy to submit claims on your behalf. For patients that do not have out-of-network benefits, we offer affordable self-pay rates to ensure access to care. To avoid any surprises, we will verify your insurance benefits before your first appointment and review your options with you.

You do not need a referral to start physical therapy at Ark Physical Therapy. However, if you have Medicare, you will need a prescription from your doctor within 30 days of starting treatment. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us!

Dry needling is a treatment where very thin needles are inserted into tight muscles (trigger points) to reduce pain and improve movement. Although it uses similar needles, dry needling is not acupuncture—it’s based on modern science and targets muscle knots and tension.
